Coastal Setup is a luxury beach concierge service delivering premium beach setups across Belmar, Bradley, Avon, and Spring Lake.
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Beach Operations Lead to help run daily beach operations and deliver a high-end customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Execute daily beach setups and takedowns

Load/unload chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and equipment
-
Maintain setup quality and presentation standards
-
Assist with routing and organization of daily setups

Handle same-day setups and weather-related adjustments
-
Provide a friendly, professional experience to customers

Support and guide helpers on busy days
Schedule & Expectations:
-
Early mornings required (as early as 5:45 AM)
-
Afternoon/evening takedowns (3:30–7 PM range)
-
Weekend availability is required
-
Schedule is based on bookings (hours vary day-to-day)

Shifts activated based on demand
Compensation:
-
$18–$22 per hour

Minimum paid shift when scheduled

Higher pay opportunities during peak holidays (MDW, July 4th, LDW)

Carry and organize chairs, umbrellas, and equipment

Help load/unload gear from vehicles

Support the team during busy setup routes

Maintain clean and organized equipment

Assist with same-day setups when needed
Schedule & Expectations:

Early morning and afternoon availability preferred

Weekend availability required

Schedule based on bookings

Shifts vary depending on demand
Compensation

$16–$18 per hour
